The Marketing team at Paradox is looking for a talented Swiss army knife who shares our love for great design and compelling storytelling. As a utility player that supports major opportunities, initiatives, and clients via marketing assets and collateral cross-functionally, you will have a critical role in driving revenue for the business and helping build the next great software company. We believe in showing, not telling, prospective clients how our revolutionary conversational AI platform can help solve their biggest hiring challenges. That’s where you come in. You’ll create hyper-customized videos, product demos and animations, sales presentations, and other dynamic marketing materials that bring our products to life and tell the Paradox story.

As a Marketing Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for sharing our story through the creation of client-focused marketing materials across a variety of channels, including web, print, video, email, and social. In this role, you will:

• Create and design marketing assets and collateral that show potential customers (we call them clients) how our solutions can transform their recruiting and hiring processes
• Use Paradox templates and tools to create sales presentations, product demonstrations, event and launch videos, webinar and speaking decks, and other client-facing marketing pieces customized for each company we engage with
• Work closely the Sales team and Client Success teams as a go-to partner for their marketing needs
• Become an expert on our industry, clients, B2B marketing trends, and Paradox’s products and strategic positioning
• Champion our brand standards and ensure cohesive design and messaging as our brand continues to grow and evolve
• Bring creative ideas and approaches to continue to elevate how we stand out in the sales process and create memorable moments for our clients

Experience & Skills Required:

• Prior design or marketing experience, or equivalent skill
• Previous work experience (internships and part-time jobs count!)
• Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptionally high attention to detail, with a track record of producing quality, well-designed work
• Comfortable with design and/or video tools like Figma, Adobe suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects (and ready to learn the others!)
• Ability to work from our Scottsdale, AZ office location
• Authorization to work in the United States
