QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret Contract Labor, Understanding of Budgets, Excel Spreadsheets, and Word Documents, create targeted marketing campaigns, managing new business.
• Ability to write reports, create proposals and evaluate existing business.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

SUMMARY
This position is accountable for ensuring provision of high quality of grounds maintenance, reviewing work progress, management and direct influence of service education, assigning work tasks, participating in the quality assurance and cost control activities of Operations and Net Growth. The Account Manager may function as an Operations Manager and coordinates these duties with supervision of the Branch Manager as necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensures the provision of high quality and safe grounds maintenance care through planning, coordinating and supervising of Operations Managers & Field Staff.
• Supervises and contributes to the continuity of the clients concerns.
• Contributes to the cost effective performance of departmental budgets, implementation of cost containment initiatives as appropriate per job specific function.
• Participates in quality management activities of the facility and coordinates with the Corp to assure that the Branch is in compliance with licensing, certification, and accreditation requirements.
• Supervises the distribution of man power throughout Operations.
• Assures that all equipment is in good working condition in the branch and submits new and replacement equipment needs as required.
• Ensures that Paradise’s policies and procedures are current and that employee adhere to all policies and procedures.
• Main Focus – Safety, Efficiencies, Compliance & Profitability.
• Hours of Operation are (M-F 6am-5pm), this may change based upon needs or other requirements.1 hr lunch.
Supervisory responsibilities
• Supervise and direct other Managers including recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, promotion and discipline. Ensure compliance with Company policy, but has the authority to suspend any employee subject to discipline with President Approval.
