Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Remodeler to join our team. As a Remodeler, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to remodeling and renovation projects. This is a hands-on position that requires expertise in various construction techniques and materials. Responsibilities: - Perform concrete forming and pouring for foundations, slabs, and other structural elements - Install and repair plaster walls and ceilings - Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications and requirements - Conduct frame carpentry work, including framing walls, installing windows, and hanging doors - Weld metal components as needed for structural support or decorative purposes - Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, or skid steers for site preparation and grading - Perform electrical work, including wiring installations and troubleshooting - Apply caulking and sealants to ensure proper insulation and weatherproofing Experience: - Proven experience in concrete forming, plastering, frame carpentry, door hanging, welding, heavy equipment operation, electrical work, and caulking - Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints - Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Strong communication skills Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
