Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Remodeler / Handyman. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our mission to create functional, comfortable, and safe living environments for our valued clients. You will use your expertise to craft solutions that enable seniors and individuals with mobility considerations to live independently and comfortably in their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with clients and project managers to understand the unique needs and preferences of aging in place modifications.
• Execute a variety of aging in place projects, including bathroom modifications, doorway widening, handyman services, and more.
• Oversee and engage in construction and modification tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Ensure full compliance with relevant building codes, accessibility standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment that aligns with our commitment to professionalism.
• Communicate proactively with clients, offering updates and addressing any questions or concerns.
