  • Earn up to $150,000 to $200,000 per year in commission based on performance and bonuses

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do: 

  • Conduct weekly sales meetings
  • Facilitate sales trainings for incumbent and existing salespeople
  • Implement strategic sales plans that expand consumer base and company presence in market location
  • Act as product expert, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of current company products and offered services, with the ability to educate staff and consumers
  • Conduct in-home training by accompanying salespeople on scheduled appointments
  • Deliver interactive in-home sales presentations to potential consumers
  • Meet company goals regarding personal and team generated revenue and performance
  • Coach, mentor, and develop diverse sales team
  • Negotiate and write clear, concise contracts
  • Audit submitted contracts and customer documents for completion, validity, and accuracy
  • Perform interviews with employment candidates
  • Maintain a clean Book of Business, with potential consumer pipeline
  • Manage satellite office along with inventory of sales samples, sales documents and supplies, office supplies, etc.
  • Liaise with administrative staff to ensure smooth transition of paperwork from sales to production, adhering to company policies and deadlines
  • Drive expectations to meet or exceed company revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Foster a rewarding, performance-driven environment, and a positive team culture
  • Perform other job duties as assigned

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring: 

  • Minimum 2 years of successful outside sales experience required; home improvement sales preferred
  • Previous management experience required; experience managing teams of roughly 8-12 sales representatives preferred
  • High degree of sales acumen
  • Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline
  • Strong personal and interpersonal skills
  • Strong public speaking skills
  • Must be able to communicate and write clearly with diverse consumer base and colleagues
  • Ability to thrive and work successfully under pressure and in high-stress situations
  • Full-time scheduling availability, including weekends as needed
  • Own reliable vehicle and insurance
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds
  • Must be willing to relocate as a territory sales manager according to business needs
