Paradise Ramen is one of the brands under Paradise Group. Paradise Group houses a total of 11 culinary concepts across 9 countries, serving customers at close to 50 restaurants in Singapore and more than 60 restaurants worldwide.

Paradise Ramen is looking for a reliable, friendly, and energetic Server for our Irvine Spectrum location. They must be able to work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to provide a dining experience for guests, which distinguishes our restaurants as being the unquestionable first choice.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and seating customers
• Taking food and beverage orders and accurately entering them into the ordering system
• Bringing food and beverage orders out to each diner
• Making menu item recommendations
• Communicating any food allergy or special nutrition needs to kitchen staff
• Ensuring all orders are filled quickly and accurately and that food is high quality
• Delivering a memorable dining experience by resolving all customer issues promptly
• Providing attentive service to diners, like refilling drinks as needed and checking their needs during meals
• Promptly addressing any customer service issues and referring to management when necessary
• Performing some cleaning duties, such as at the service station, around the kitchen and in the dining area
• Collect payments from tables
• Setting tables and rearranging the dining area to accommodate larger groups and prepare the restaurant for dedicated events

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• Restaurant experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to obtain and maintain an ABC-RBS certification
• Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
