Position: Pool Server (Seasonal with potential to transition to Dining Room)

Job Overview:

As a Pool Server, you will be instrumental in providing top-tier food service at our lively pool area during the summer. Your role is crucial in upholding our standards of hospitality and service. With a focus on professionalism, you will ensure that our members and guests enjoy a memorable poolside dining experience. Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service to guests at the pool area with a professional and positive demeanor.
• Develop expert knowledge of our menu to assist members with food and beverage choices.
• Greet guests warmly by name, personalizing interactions, and remembering preferences.
• Efficiently process orders and payments using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the service areas, ensuring a pleasant environment.
• Support club events and functions, engaging with members to enhance their experience.
• Address any guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Transition to dining room service post-summer, maintaining high service standards.
