Paradise Group houses a total of 11 culinary concepts across 9 countries, serving customers at close to 50 restaurants in Singapore and more than 60 restaurants worldwide.
We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, and results-driven Food & Beverage experienceds Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team in developing and implementing strategic initiatives that promote our brand and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain a structured approach to tasks and projects, prioritizing based on established goals and timelines. Keep detailed records of progress to ensure objectives are met efficiently and effectively to support company stakeholders in terms of communications and collaterals.
· Foster clear and open communication with internal teams and partners to ensure alignment on objectives, strategies, and deliverables, facilitating smooth collaboration and project completion.
· Executes ad-hoc projects and ensures timely communications and delivery of collaterals
· Generate innovative and compelling content that reflects the brand's identity and resonates with the target audience. Develop original and engaging materials across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
· Deeply understand and manage the brand's identity and values, and translate them into visual and media elements that accurately represent the company's ethos. Cultivate customer awareness by creating consistent and impactful brand experiences across campaigns and activities.
· Collaborate effectively with multiple departments, partners, agencies, and landlords to garner complimentary support for campaigns to integrate strategies and initiatives seamlessly, fostering a cohesive and comprehensive approach that drives results.
· Analyze the digital landscape to stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to develop data-driven strategies that enhance the brand's digital presence, drive engagement, and achieve business objectives.
· Research industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to gather valuable data and inform strategic decision-making, ensuring marketing campaigns are relevant, competitive, and effective.
· Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and make informed decisions while also collaborating effectively within a team environment to achieve collective goals and objectives.
Requirements:
· Food & Beverage Marketing
· 1 Year in marketing or related field.
· Digital design creation – Create and edit digital content (Images, assets, video, etc.)
· Content Creation – Experience creating engaging content for different platforms.
· Self-motivated: Keen interest in understanding the company’s direction and objectives ready to accept new challenges and job scope.
· Attention to detail – Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in deliverables.
· Time Management and multitasking: Ability to follow through task briefed and projects assigned.
Compensation
· Hourly: $20-$23
