Paradise Ramen is one of the brands under Paradise Group. Paradise Group houses a total of 11 culinary concepts across 9 countries, serving customers at close to 50 restaurants in Singapore and more than 60 restaurants worldwide.

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as Kitchen Support for our Fountain Valley.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and assembling dishes under the direction of the kitchen staff.
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work surfaces, equipment, and storage areas.
• Provide support to the cooking staff by fetching ingredients, stocking stations, and assisting with the plating and garnishing of dishes.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels of kitchen supplies and ingredients, notifying management of low stock, and participating in inventory counts as required.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Be willing to take on additional duties and responsibilities assigned by kitchen management to meet the operation's needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a kitchen environment, including basic food preparation and/or dishwashing, is preferred but not required.
• Capable of standing for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, and performing repetitive tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
