Paradigm Plastics Inc. has been a family-owned and operated company in business since 1993. We specialize in manufacturing the highest quality plastic components using injection molding machinery.
The job involves operating an injection molding machine by removing and sorting parts as needed, monitoring the quality of components, maintaining cycle times, packing products, and other job functions related to producing molded parts.
Essentials of Job Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety procedures
-Good organization and communication skills
- Maintain the established cycle time of the machine
- Visually verify that the parts meet acceptable quality standards
- Notify the supervisor of any problems
- Follow established production instructions
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Any other duties as assigned
Experience and Skill Requirements:
- Some manufacturing experience preferred
- Self-motivated, able to effectively communicate, positive attitude, willingness to adapt, good judgment, ability to follow directions
Physical Demand/Work Environment:
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Good eyesight, motor skills, basic math, good reading ability, retention
