Position Overview:
As a UV Printing and CO2 Laser Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality customized products using our state-of-the-art printing and laser machines. While prior experience is preferred, we are open to training candidates who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and a passion for mastering new skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain UV printing and CO2 laser machines to produce personalized prints and gifts according to customer specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure precise and accurate output.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Inspect finished products for quality control, ensuring they meet our high standards of craftsmanship.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
• Flexibility to work additional hours, including evenings and weekends, especially during the Christmas season, to meet production demands.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs as needed during the course of work duties.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience operating UV printing and/or CO2 laser machines is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing flawless work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving job requirements.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, especially during peak seasons.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs as needed during the course of work duties.
