Paradies Lagardère is Hiring a Front of house supervisor Near Boston, MA

All Paradies Lagarde re jobs, including the Shift Supervisor, require that you embody a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service with a smile to customers and team members at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the restaurant team during assigned shifts to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the brand's image.
  • Assist the management in the daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain high-quality service and efficiency.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, aiming to resolve any issues and leave customers satisfied.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with other supervisors and management to achieve financial targets, optimize productivity, and implement improvement strategies.
  • Uphold company policies and enforce regulations, ensuring team members adhere to guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
  • An appreciation for the culinary arts is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
