Part-Time Office Admin Intern

Location: San Francisco, CA (In-office requirement)

Hours: 1-2 hours per week (approximately 4-8 hours per month)


Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Admin Intern to join our team in San Francisco. This role is ideal for someone looking for minimal hours with a simple yet crucial set of responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the inflow and outflow of mail and marketing materials at our office. This position requires a commitment of 1-2 hours per week, making it perfect for those with busy schedules or those seeking an entry-level position in office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Receiving Mail: Efficiently handle the receipt of all incoming mail, ensuring it is collected from the office's mail delivery area.

  2. Sorting Mail: Organize mail according to predetermined categories (e.g., department, urgency, type) and distribute it to the appropriate staff or department within the office.

  3. Shipping Marketing Material: Prepare and send out marketing materials as required. This includes packaging, labeling, and arranging for pick-up or delivery of these items.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Ideally, currently attending a local university/college.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must be located in or near San Francisco, CA and able to commute to the office.

Compensation
