The
Installation Project Manager (IPM) directly supervises installation of our unique Crane Systems and products onsite for customers nationwide. The IPM meticulously manages each installation phase to ensure a seamless project delivery. Relying on their high caliber project management and leadership the IPM is the liaison between PAR Systems and our customers.
Success Criteria: Balancing customer satisfaction, team communication, and project progress is the key to unlocking successful project completion. You'll need to build trust quickly to estimate and coordinate installation activities, procure required materials, and schedule assembly teams.
Flawless and timely execution depends on your ability to keep all project details and team members moving toward the finish line simultaneously without compromising safety. You'll also skillfully coordinate existing customer production with high level leaders, skilled engineers, technicians, quality partners, and subcontractors. Lastly, bringing your experience with large-scale, industrial mechanical projects you'll hit the ground running by integrating with our teams in the field.

Requirements Qualifications - US Citizen
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent from a four-year College or University
- PMP Certification (preferred)
- 3 years of Project Planning/Management experience driving large ($30M ) highly regulated contracts
- Highly proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Outlook)
- Ability to develop project plans, schedule projects, and coordinate project completion on time and budget
- Detailed time and material tracking of assigned personnel and subcontractors
- Meticulous Scope of Work management along with associated Change Order Management
- Experience with equitable adjustment requests on large highly regulated contracts
- Strong negotiation skills
- Responds promptly to customer needs
- Coordinate activities for one or more projects simultaneously
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to travel domestically
- Familiarity with electromechanical systems, hydraulics, mechanical systems, electrical systems and control software
