Qualifications

  • Monitoring all FOH restaurant operations and conditions to ensure quality of food and customer service

  • Reviewing document to assess the quality of restaurant operations

  • Communicating with team members, guests, vendors and concept personnel for various needs

  • Ability to motivate team members

  • Strong communication skills

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years leadership experience in a full-service, casual dining concept
