Starting wage for a full time General Manager position starts at $43k annually plus a bonus up to 13% of the bottom line profit. Most of our GM positions earn a minimum of $70k after bonus. Higher volume stores can earn even higher annual income.

Qualifications:

You will need to be at least 18 years old, with a GED or High School Diploma preferred. You will need to possess basic math and solid problem solving skills. Nights and weekends are very busy, so you will need to have the ability and desire to work those shifts. Restaurant leadership experience is preferred but we can train the right person with the right excitement. Lastly, you will need to be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
