Exciting things are happening at Papa Johns...and our career experience just keeps getting Better & Better! We are currently looking for Assistant Managers to join our team! Assistant Managers have the opportunity to be trained and promoted to General Managers based on performance!

Assistant Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications:

● Assistant Manager Pay Rate $12-$16 Hourly

● The Assistant Manager as directed by the GM is responsible for directing the daily
operations of the restaurant and ensuring compliance with company standards in all
areas of operation
● Support crew members and provide assistance and constructive feedback when
necessary
● Restaurant experience recommended but not mandatory

General Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications:

● General Manager Pay Rate $750-$950 Weekly

● The General Manager will be responsible for staffing and scheduling to ensure shifts run smoothly and efficiently

● Promptly respond to all customer concerns and issues, and solicits customer and team member feedback to improve restaurant operations

● The General Manager will be responsible for running shifts, holding employees accountable, training new employees, food ordering, and ensuring compliance of company standards

● Restaurant management experience recommended but not mandatory
