Reporting and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Accounting Coordinator is responsible invoicing sales for Flex Films (USA), Inc. as well as posting customer receipts for Flex Films (USA), Inc. and Flex Trading. The salary is based on skills and experience.

Additional Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Ability to carry out billing, collection, and research & resolve account discrepancies.

• Track consignment orders and invoice customers on regular intervals according to terms of the consignment; maintain consignment inventory for each customer.

• Collection entries which include posting of some payments for Flex Films (USA), Inc.

• Prepare and post debit and/or credit notes for Flex Films (USA) when required for a customer.

• Prepare calculation of rebates and generate credit note after approval.

• Assist in the collection of past due balances from customers.

• Assist in resolution to any query that is related to invoicing and customer account status for Flex Films (USA), Inc.

• Reconcile daily all receipts collected and posted to ERP.

• Verify all bank statement receipts against ERP entries at the month-end.

• Maintain all records related to position responsibilities.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Associate degree in Business/Accounting/Finance related field or 3-5 years experience in the accounting profession.

• Accuracy and attention to detail required.

• Working knowledge of Excel.

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

• Long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers

• May have to manage a number of projects at one time, and may be interrupted frequently to meet the needs and requests

• May find the environment to be busy, noisy and will need excellent organizational and time and stress management skills to complete the required tasks

• May have to enter manufacturing environment and wear designated PPE as required

• May have exposure to loud noises and moving machinery while in manufacturing setting

• Frequent lifting up to 5 LBS.

• May lift up to 50 LBS.
