About the job: Job duties may include but are not limited to operatory set up and tear down, sterilization & infection control, seating & screening of the patient, digital X-rays, recording doctor’s exam findings, treatment planning & patient education, reappointing patients, supporting an Assisted Hygiene Model, digital & traditional impressions, documentation in the clinical notes and more.

Clinical Staff hours are Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 5:00pm with occasional Fridays by Appointment which are scheduled well in advance and based on doctor & staff availability.

You must also excel at being a team player, following directions, paying attention to detail, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, having excellent communication skills and an outstanding work ethic, being honest, and having a desire to serve those around you.

Exemplary candidates have at least 2 years dental assisting experience and are proficient with Dentrix dental software & Nomad handheld x-rays systems.

About pay: Variable hourly wage based on experience, typically between $18 - $25 per hour. Additional scrub stipend upon hiring for black scrubs of your choice. After 90 days, full-time employees qualify for paid holidays, paid time off, health insurance, supplemental Aflac insurance, and a family dental benefit. After 1 year, employees may be eligible for 401(k) with match and Profit Sharing.
