Overview:
We are seeking Bartenders and Servers to join our team.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following company recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all food safety standards
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently
- Upsell special promotions and engage customers in sales conversations
- Ensure compliance with all liquor laws and regulations
Skills:
- Proficient in food safety practices
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers
- Basic understanding of retail math for inventory management
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate order processing
- Excellent time management to handle peak hours effectively
