Coz's Pizza & Pub in Springfield, IL is looking for a few bartenders/servers to join our strong team. Our ideal candidate is reliable, has great communication and customer service skills, and works well in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- explains any specials for the day and is knowledgeable of menu and drink list items
- maintains a professional demeanor, even in a fast - paced environment
- you can make a cocktail to guests' specifications
- you can mix and garnish alcoholic drinks to standard recipes
- you understand the state and federal liquor laws, you can validate IDs, and follow alcohol awareness procedures to prevent intoxication
- you can prepare each drink thoroughly
- fulfill guests' needs in a timely matter, ensuring a great dining experience
- restocks work stations as needed and informs a manager if something is running low
- keeps work stations clean and organized
- perform other side tasked as they are assigned
Qualifications
- must be 21
- restaurant experience preferred
- 1 year of bartending and serving experience preferred
- Having basset/food handlers license is a plus
Schedule
- Monday to Friday availability preferred
- MUST be able to work weekends
- MUST be available 3-4 shifts a week
- Bartending Hours: M-F 3:30pm - 1:00 am, Sat - Sun 10:30am- 5:00pm or 5:00pm - 1:00am
- Serving Hours: M-F 4:00pm - 9:30pm, Sat - Sun 4:00pm - 9:30pm
