Responsibilities include :

• Maintain accurate client records in CRM, ERP, and other software systems.
• Enter, process, and confirm purchase orders to suppliers.
• Expedite supplier purchase orders as needed.
• Enter, process, and acknowledge orders to clients.
• Assisting the sales team with routine administrative functions.
• Support Compliance and Finance & Administration roles as needed.
• Send shipment confirmations review demand forecast for sales team.
• Process and send client invoices.
• Participate in the credit application process.
• Answer and redirect inbound calls and messages.
• Collaborate with other departments to bring client requests to fruition.
• Manage open tasks and keep team members updated as needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse to plan shipments to clients.
• Respond / resolve inbound client order and shipment inquiries.
• Perform other related duties in support of the office as assigned.

Required :

• 1 years customer service experience
• Associate’s degree
• Computer proficiency : MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Video Conferencing)
• Comfortable talking on the phone.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A well-developed attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred :

• 3 years of customer service experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with ERP, CRM and Asana or other task management platform.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
