We're looking for a skilled and driven ERP System Analyst with Ellucian skills to join our client's team and play a pivotal role in optimizing and maintaining our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This is your chance to make a tangible impact , ensuring the system runs efficiently, and accurately, and supports our business goals.

As an ERP System Analyst, you'll:

• Be the Bridge: Collaborate with various teams, unearthing their needs and turning them into actionable plans for system enhancements and configurations.
• Tailor for Success: Configure and customize the ERP system like a pro, ensuring it seamlessly integrates with organizational processes.
• Optimize Like a Boss: Continuously analyze and improve the system's performance, implementing best practices and recommending enhancements for maximum efficiency and user productivity
• Empower Users: Offer exceptional user support , troubleshooting issues and resolving technical problems efficiently. Train them too! Develop and deliver engaging materials to keep everyone up-to-speed on new features and updates.
• Guarantee Quality: Be the gatekeeper of quality , rigorously testing changes before deployment and collaborating with QA teams to ensure data integrity.
• Document for Success: Capture everything! Maintain comprehensive documentation for smooth knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members.
• Collaborate & Lead: Partner with project managers, analysts, and developers to seamlessly execute projects related to ERP improvements.
• Communicate Clearly: Be the voice of the ERP system , keeping stakeholders informed on progress, status, and any potential roadblocks.

Are you the one?

• Do you hold a tech-related degree or equivalent experience
• Do you have Ellucian Banner experience?
• Are you a seasoned systems analyst with at least 5 years of experience designing and building solutions within an ERP system?
• Do you lead with confidence and have a proven track record of project leadership
• Are you comfortable with at least one programming language
• Can you analyze, solve problems, and communicate like a champion?

Bonus points if you know your way around: SQL, PL/SQL, TOAD, Oracle, HTML, XML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript

This position requires a US Citizenship or Green Card as the client is not able to provide sponsorship.
