Pancho Villa Mexican Restaurant is looking for a Server

Must be able to work nights and weekends

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests when they arrive
• Deliver personalized service through high-quality conversation and knowledge of the menu
• Encourage guests to take advantage of Pancho Villa Mexican Restaurant’s offerings
• Provide a high-quality experience by responding to guests’ questions in a timely, accurate manner
• Observe and respond to customers’ needs in order to provide customers with outstanding customer service
• Remain knowledgeable of the brand’s offerings, people, and events
• Use money management skills to ensure that all transactions are handled in an efficient manner at the end of each shift
• Assist with other functions as needed for the restaurant as needed.

Skills:

• Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Strong cash handling skills.
• Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $100.00 - $350.00 per day
