PanCare Health is seeking a full-time Pediatric Medical Assistant to join our Mobile team. This position will provide direct support to our Early Childhood Development program, which offers assessments and resources for children between the ages of 0-5 with delayed development.

Duties:

• Assist provider with health screenings
• Prepare patients for assessments
• Assist with patient education and follow-up care instructions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a medical assistant program or certification is a PLUS
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems
• Day travel is required
• Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) is a PLUS
