What You'll Get To Do

The Continuous Business Improvement (CBI) Executive will manage the PIDSA CBI initiative, Operations, Business Intelligence CoE (BICE), and IT teams with the responsibility for all operations, data analytics/reporting/DX/BICE, and IT functions and the delivery of incremental and or breakthrough improvement contributing to PIDSAs business over time through process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across the entire PIDSA Organization.

The CBI Executive will develop and drive a culture of sustainable advancement and change through the creation and embedding of Process Evaluation, LEAN methodology, and Digitization, including ERP System Upgrades to deliver business transformation inline with the PIDSA Mid-Term Plan Vision and Mission.

  • Oversee all PIDSA Operations and order processing (order to cash)
  • Oversee all PIDSA DX and Business Intelligence functions (DX, analytics, AI, reporting, CRM, etc.)
  • Oversee and expand all PIDSA Continuous Business Improvement initiatives and associated team
  • Oversee all PIDSA IT functions and coordinate with PEXNA IT

Accountability:

  • As PIDSAs lead Program Executive for our S/4HANA conversion, you will be responsible for supervising the project management processes of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing the S/4HANA conversion from Discovery, preparation, Exploration, Realization, Deployment and Run.
  • As PIDSA's lead Program Executive for our S4HANA conversion, you will be required to closely work with PEXNA IT (PISCA) PID IT, and the PIDSA S4HANA project team of subject matter experts.
  • Propose/Define PIDSA S/4Hana project team members and work with PIDSA executive team to approve and finalize participants.
  • Review existing business processes being employed for the current SAP instance and identify areas for improvement/change needed for migration to new version (S/4HANA) as well as any additional digital tool enhancements (ie. SF).
  • Identify and deliver service improvement activity across the business through employing process improvement methodologies and the application of innovative thinking.
  • Promote process efficiency and create value through elimination of unnecessary manual and complex process through digitization and process reformation.
  • Work with key business stakeholders to develop multi-departmental 'LEAN champions', responsible for creating and fostering a continuous improvement environment to deliver the foundational business changes needed to retaining competitiveness and achieve MTP.
  • Identify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system - Measurement through KPI's.
  • Create a system for evaluating the projects from a cost/benefit perspective, focused on efficiency improvement and ROI.
  • Communicate regularly with key business partners on key process policy changes. Document process for our workflows and conduct process analysis to find opportunities, improve and implement new workflows, policies and practices.
  • Coordinate/collaborate with PID PEXNA, and other PEXNA companies to leverage proven business improvement models (and success stories).
  • Develop a sustained and ongoing cycle of positive change and expansion of PIDSA employee involvement.

What You'll Bring

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in management, operational management, supply chain management or equivalent.
  • MBA is highly preferred

Experience/Skills:

  • 15 years of experience managing corporate business operation inclusive of all associated enterprise tools, systems, and services.
  • In depth knowledge of SAP and its associated enterprise resource planning functions
  • In depth knowledge of business reporting methodology and tools
  • In depth knowledge of CRM, preferably SalesForce.com
