- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation plans and ensuring that projects are executed according to plan and aligned with change management principles, methodologies and best practices.
- Leading and managing cross-functional teams, setting goals and ensuring that team members are clear about their roles and responsibilities.
- Identifies, assesses, and manages project risks and develops mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
- Develop, deploy and manage project plans containing PASA organizational change management processes, techniques and tools to drive business results by changing behaviors.
- Ensuring effective communication throughout the project, including regular status updates, progress reports and presentations to stakeholders.
- Managing changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, and ensuring that changes are properly documented, communicated and approved through established Change Request Governance procedures.
- Actively participates in continuous improvement efforts concerning project management processes/methodologies, tools, and technology to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensures excellent and robust governance across all projects that support business objectives, solution delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Leads meetings, tracks achievement plans, milestones, implementation, and corrective actions. Uses project management skills to manage project roles, identify resource requirements, assemble the project team, meet training needs, define project deliverables and related tasks, provide customer satisfaction, reporting structures and to ensure the quality of projects.
- Responsible for tracking and monitoring of all key program milestones, timing, open issues and providing feedback and key insights to management, stakeholders and sponsors.
- Leads project meetings, prepares agendas and publishes minutes and tracks project actions and status. Follows up on all outstanding actions timely and provides frequent report status to stakeholders and project team members.
- Reviews and makes recommendations as to the setup of processes and procedures aligned to reporting requirements of the project.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related technical field required
- Minimum five years of related experience required
- Proven experience in cybersecurity project management with firm understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.
- Utilization of ServiceNow project management application.
- Knowledge of sales, logistics, manufacturing, IT, and quality processes
- Experience with formal project management processes, techniques, and methodologies
- Experience facilitating change
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and MS Project
