Pampas Brazilian Steakhouse is a quintessential Brazilian steakhouse, or Churrascaria, specialized for almost 4 years in roasting high quality meats, using the centuries-old culinary technique from southern Brazil, barbecue. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them during their meal
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry or culinary field is preferred
- Strong guest relations and guest service skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
