PALS, Inc. is a leading provider of services for adults with intellectual disabilities with locations in Santa Barbara, Ventura and Los Angeles Counties. We are presently looking for a person to work in our PALS Hawthorne office, and who is well-versed working with adults with intellectual disabilities. 

Although this is a non-supervisory role, the successful candidate for this position will work directly with participants in the program and will have the opportunity to develop into a leadership role should their behavioral and communication skills prove exceptional. This is ideally, a full-time position, Monday-Friday, between 8 am - 4pm. No weekend hours. Part-time is available for the successful candidate.

The successful candidate for this position enjoys working with people, providing guidance and support, and has excellent communication skills.
