PALS, Inc. is a leading provider of services for adults with intellectual disabilities with locations in Santa Barbara, Ventura and Los Angeles counties. The current position is associated with our PALS El Monte office.

Although this is a non-supervisory role, the successful candidate for this position will work directly with participants in the program and will have the opportunity to develop into a leadership role should their behavioral and communication skills prove exceptional. This is ideally, a full-time position, Monday-Friday, between 8 am - 4pm. No weekend hours. Part-time is available for the successful candidate. Advancement is possible.

The candidate for this project enjoys working with people, providing guidance and support, engaging them and listening as well. Preference is given to those with experience working in the field of intellectual disabilities.
