Our Dallas location is at Snider Plaza. Please ensure you map the location to see if your commute will be acceptable.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones, checking online bookings and handling walk in clients, learn and efficiently use our booking software tool (Booker) and ensure that schedule for the current and next day is optimally organized across all service providers.
• Ensure Technicians are aware of schedule modifications, late / early clients, and any notes that might impact a reservation.
• Appointment follow ups as well as confirmation calls and texts
• Accurately learn and be able to explain our services to clients
• Arrives at least 15 minutes prior to salon open time
• Responsible for client beverage service and restocking beverage station
• Assist service providers during service as needed
• Ensures reception area is clean and always organized and Light housekeeping duties

Required:

• Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Must have a problem-solving mind set and be able to calmly Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift to 20 lbs. Education and Experience: Three years of client support service required.
