This position is responsible for all front desk operations and overall salon flow. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring each guest receives a luxury experience from start to finish and supporting service providers who are booked with nail and massage services.

Responsibilities: Ensure Technicians are aware of schedule modifications, late / early clients, and any notes that might impact a reservation.

• Responsible for answering phones, checking online bookings and handling walk in clients.
• Arrives at least 30 minutes prior to salon open time
• Must master booking software tool (BOOKER) and ensure that schedule for the current and next day is optimally organized across all service providers.
• Appointment follow ups as well as confirmation calls and texts
• Inputs client preferences and notes in Booker and communicates notes to service providers (NailTechs, Estheticians, etc.)
• Accurately explain services to clients
• Completes all assigned checklists accurately and according to the assigned timeline(opening/closing)
• Responsible for client beverage service and restocking beverage station
• Always aware of salon operations during shift
• Ensures reception area is clean and always organized
• Light housekeeping duties are required
• Ability to lift to 20 lbs. Education and Experience: Three years of client support service required.
