Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher / Office Manager at Palo Alto Plumbing Heating and Air located in Palo Alto, CA.

The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling service calls, dispatching field technicians, and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external teams.

The Dispatcher will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of service calls and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.

Qualifications

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, on-demand environment
  • Proficient in computer systems and various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
  • Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service is preferred
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality
  • Ability to remain calm and collected during emergency situations
  • High school diploma; post-secondary education is a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
