Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Rental Fleet Maintenance Manager. As a Rental Fleet Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our rental operations, including PM services, customer service, and maintaining rental inventory. Responsibilities:
- Manage the rental process from start to finish, including customer inquiries, reservations, contracts, returns, PM services, cleaning equipment, etc.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning activities to promote our rental equipment and expand our customer base
- Monitor machine hours and enter into to our system for tracking of service and cost
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer concerns and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions, inventory levels, and equipment data
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient use of resources

Requirements:
- Proven experience in fleet management or a similar role
- Strong mechanical and computer skills with the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Bilingual proficiency in [languages] is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of rental industry practices and regulations is a plus
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and provide outstanding phone etiquette
