This position is primarily responsible for fulfilling customers’ orders by picking, packing, and shipping product using the warehouse management system. This position is also responsible for reporting any errors or discrepancies to their supervisor to be resolved. The distribution associate will also check in all incoming inventory and find and document any discrepancies. 

• Responsible for processing requests; packaging, pulling, packing, labeling, and shipping orders. 
• Read orders to ascertain description, sizes, colors, quantities, serial numbers of merchandise.
• Identify product discrepancies and proactively resolve issues regarding them.
• Breaks down cardboard and disposes of it in correct location.
• Perform tasks related to shipping and transportation of orders; preform all functions of cargo handling including but not limited to processing, loading, and off-loading freight. 
• Possible use of other company equipment safely (forklift, scissor lift, etc.)
• Required to stay current on all shipping regulations and procedures and ensue that employee are adhering to these changes. Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements. 
• Ensure that all inventory is put away promptly when it is received. 
• All other duties, as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Working knowledge of a pallet jack, and/or forklift certified is a plus.
• Ability to perform work accurately, thoroughly, and timely.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and preform multiple task and duties at the same time.
• Dependable, deadline oriented, time management skills, safety awareness.
• Maintains a positive attitude, is goal driven and focused, a team player.
• Always maintain professionalism.
• Knowledge of firearms a plus.

Work is performed in an operational warehouse environment. Specific job requirements may require overtime. 

Worker will constantly be standing, walking, carrying, twisting, bending, stooping, balancing, as well as handling paperwork. Worker will be lifting objects up to 60 lbs.
