Busy, growing medical practice in Columbia, SC seeking an energetic telephone operator. Our 7 provider practice currently provides conservative and interventional pain, regenerative medicine, and other outpatient treatment services. Come be a part of a healthcare team that's providing compassionate care to 100 patients per day! No nights, no call, no weekend, no holidays.
Practice is located in a new, state-of-the-art facility in the heart of Columbia. Our MDs are all pain fellowship-trained anesthesiologists and the founder of the practice is triple-board certified in Anesthesia, Pain, and Addiction Medicine. Practice enjoys an excellent reputation with many different referral sources since 1988. Competitive compensation and benefits package, and significant advancement opportunities for top performers.
The ideal candidate will be:
  • An adept multitasker, able to handle live calls, voicemail transcription triage, and other administrative tasks.
  • Energetic, self-motivated; eager to learn
  • Precise with excellent attention to detail; able to work within required turnaround times
  • Experience as an operator is a plus
  • Experience in healthcare is a plus
