Job Description:

• Coordinate end-to-end revenue cycle processes, including patient financial counseling, managing patient receivables, payment plans, and handling patient billing inquiries.
• Address backend claim denials efficiently and effectively.
• Work closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely billing.
• Adhere to regulatory compliance requirements and participate in quality assurance initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in revenue cycle management within a healthcare setting is a must.
• Familiarity with medical service compliance requirements is preferred.
• Excellent team player with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of being results-oriented, enthusiastic, and accountable.
