Position Summary:
The Lead Patient Account Representative provides comprehensive support to all Business Office support staff.
Primary responsibilities:

Education: High School graduate of equivalent required.
Skills/Experience: Three years minimum experience in healthcare collections. Prior experience with insurance billing within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, required. Proficient communication and analytical skills required. Flexibility in work schedule required and may include holidays and occasional overtime.
Licensure/Certification: CPR/CPI certification preferred.
Other Hazards: May participate in therapeutic crisis intervention with physically aggressive patients which may involve some personal risk. May encounter some chemicals listed in the MSDS sheets. Travel by car and/or air.
