About the Role:

This position is responsible for identifying, collecting, analyzing, and maintaining data to evaluate strategic business decisions. The Senior Data Analyst is accountable for compiling information in an insightful manner across multiple systems and solutions to improve outcomes and lower costs utilizing Snowflake, Alteryx, PowerBi, SQL, R and Python. The Analyst will support data services, reporting, as well as projects and performance improvement initiatives across the organization.

Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience/Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study, Business Administration, Computer Science, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related
• 3 years of related experience
• Proficient at partner programs (i.e.: MS Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to cope with ambiguous, changing environment while under pressure in a calm manner.
• Must be able to work as a team member and develop productive and cooperative working relationships with all members of the Palmetto Infusion team.

Essential Functions:

• Mentors and supports other analysts within the organization.
• Responsible for ownership of data projects and initiatives.
• Utilize a variety of tools such as Snowflake, Alteryx, PowerBi, to deliver data driven insights.
• Manage Snowflake data warehouse processes including ETL.
• Create custom SQL reports to provide reporting for internal and external partners.
• Applies knowledge of data, data structures and analytical tools to research, identify trends, expenditures, and utilization of resources.
• Applies in-depth knowledge of health care operations and systems.
• Provides periodic reports to internal and external parties in support of quality, outcomes, and data exchange initiatives.
• Collaborates with senior management to develop and analyze meaningful outcomes reporting to improve and innovate care.
• Creates summary reports of key performance improvement activities, outcomes, and trends for appropriate committees.
