Supervisory Responsibilities
Leads retail team and store activities in the absence of/and at the direction of the Retail Store Manager and/or Retail Assistant Store Manager. Carries out leadership responsibilities in accordance with the Agency's policies and procedures. Responsibilities include training team members, planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing concerns and reporting circumstances to the Retail Store Manager or Retail Assistant Store Manager.
Education and Experience
High School diplomas or general education degree (GED) and one year of retail experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands
The team member is regularly (more than 2/3 of the day) required to talk or hear. The team member frequently (1/3 to 2/3 of the day) is required to stand, walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; push or pull. The team member is occasionally (less than 1/3 of the day) required to sit, kneel, stoop, throw, turn and twist body. The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and depth perception. Some local travel required.
