Palmer's Home Care, a company dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to the Columbia, Missouri community, seeks a part-time Human Resource Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with filing and organizing employee documents.
• Manage employee separations and maintain employee records.
• Organize employee files confidentially and efficiently.
• Help with light data entry tasks.
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in an administrative or HR role is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are essential.
• You must be able to keep employee records confidential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other data entry software is necessary.
• Excellent communication skills are a must.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay rate: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour, based on experience.
