Palmer Johnson Enterprises is Hiring a Remote Regional Sales Manager

Continental Engine has a great opportunity for a remote Regional Sales Manager in the Northeast/New England area (must live in Pennsylvania, Delaware, or Connecticut). The Regional Sales Manager will work to identify opportunities and grow OEM Engine targets and sales in the region. This position focuses on identifying, connecting, and communicating sales opportunities to drive growth, assist, and execute business strategies.

Responsibilities:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for establishing and developing personal relationships with OEM's with a focus on Hyundai and JCB products. They will assist in facilitating programs, campaigns, promotions, and new products. This person will enable and support the sales team to build our sales pipeline and to continue supporting our dealer networks. They will also create quotes, manage orders, and work with vendors for accurate pricing and delivery times.

  • Do you have experience in communicating and growing brands and sales initiatives?
  • Are you a strategic thinker with experience creating and executing sales account plans/strategies?
  • Do you have diesel engine product knowledge (preferably Hyundai and JCB)?
  • Do you have strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software and programs (experience with Salesforce a plus)?
  • Do you have a passion for providing a positive customer experience?
  • Are you a strong communicator and presenter on the phone, email, and in-person?
  • Do you have a demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and develop solutions?
  • Do you have a positive attitude and are fun-spirited?
  • Do you have a continuous improvement mindset?
  • Are you team-oriented, but self-motivated?
  • Do you have strong problem-solving skills?
  • Do you have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, or Communications? (Desired, but not required)
  • Do you reside in the state of Pennsylvania, Delaware, or Connecticut? (Required)

*Travel for this role is expected between 30 - 50%.
