- Lead by example and champion our Values in Action.
- Establishes and promotes positive associate relationships to create a high level of workforce engagement.
- Follow established recruitment and onboarding processes to include:
- Post and advertise open positions.
- Conduct initial resume review, pre-screen phone calls and schedule interviews.
- Prepare offer letters in conjunction with the hiring manager and Senior HR Generalist/Director, Organizational Development.
- Facilitate pre-employment screening processes and new hire paperwork.
- Facilitate New Hire Orientation.
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries and requests, including the HR email inbox.
- Responsible for the accurate maintenance of all HR files including timely scanning and uploading to electronic filing cabinet.
- Maintain data accuracy in the HRIS system.
- Recurring established report generation.
- High school diploma or state issued equivalency certificate.
- Exposure to human resources practices in a business environment.
- Demonstrated computer skills, including MS Office Suite with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Must have the ability to plan for, track, prioritize and execute multiple recurring and ad hoc tasks.
- Demonstrates initiative and the ability to recognize opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
- Associates Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Communications or related field.
- One year experience in Human Resources.
- Prior experience with ADP a plus.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
- Maybe exposed to cold temperatures for extended periods of time.
