Business Manager (F&I) 

Palm Springs Subaru is seeking a meticulous and organized Business Manager with a strong focus on sales to join our dynamic team. As a Business Manager, you will primarily be responsible for driving warranty sales and customer satisfaction, overseeing financial transactions, and informing customers about financial terms. Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Valid driver’s license
• Eligible to obtain a CA Auto Sales License 
• Reliable transportation

Pay Plan:

• $36,000 - $100,000

Schedule: 

• Full-time
• 8-10 hour shifts
• Weekends
• Overtime as needed
