```Responsibilities``` - Greet guests and patrons as they arrive - Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs - Provide information about services available in the hotel and the surrounding area - Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally - Maintain a clean and neat front desk area - Assist in booking reservations over the phone and online - Handle payments and operate the cash register ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in a hotel front desk role or similar position preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities - Proficiency in using hotel management software systems - Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus - Knowledge of night audit procedures is advantageous - Understanding of guest relations and providing exceptional guest services

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
