- $14-16/hour plus tips (additional $4-5/hour)
- Plus $100/month coverage of health insurance
- Plus inspection bonus maximum of $300
- Plus fixed $100-$150/week
- Minimum of 30 hours/week or 5 shifts (Can overlap with shift leads)
- Managing Bases Making Process
- Making staffing schedules each week & being the main point of contact for employees with scheduling needs (calling out, covering shifts, etc.)
- Cash & change Management
- Checking cameras periodically to ensure that employees are staying productive, not overwhelmed, and have the right people working
- Facilitating emergency stock-outs
- Message, interview, hire, train, onboard, oversee & fire employees/shift leaders if needed
- Managing misc employee duties
- Product quality & control
- Ensuring all bowls and blends are up to standard
- Oversee food preparations, portion sizes, and overall presentation of products
- Employees comply with health and safety standards
- Customer Service control
- Handling customer complaints
- Cleanliness
- Ensure all employees are following the deep cleaning schedule
- Making sure employees work clean and know how, what, and when to clean
- Handling write-Ups
- Store Maintenance
