Palladium Real Estate Service is Hiring an Assistant Manager Near Gig Harbor, WA

Bring your talents to our team! As a growing local company, with new and renovated properties, we take pride in ownership and develop the best in property management. Palladium Real Estate Services is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for our Gig Harbor property- Bracera Apartments. As a team member of our beautifully owned and managed properties, you will have leasing and marketing responsibilities while assisting the Property Manager provide great customer service to our residents.

Job Requirements-
If you have a great work ethic; are customer service minded; can work well with diverse teams; and can create and implement effective marketing campaigns, then your talents are what we need. We aim to provide a great leasing experience and consistent application of our policies and procedures across all of our communities. Our professionals should be computer literate, with Yardi experience a plus; have a least 1 year property management experience (multifamily, on-site preferred); have a high school diploma (or equivalent); able to work a flexible schedule with travel required, including weekends. You must be able to pass a drug screening and background check to be considered for employment.
