Palisades at Water Edge is Hiring a Leasing Professional Near Mooresville, NC
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective residents
- Conduct property tours
- Respond to leasing inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service
- Use CRM software for tracking leads
- Prepare lease agreements
- Collect rent payments
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
- Assist with property maintenance
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Property leasing experience preferred
- Familiarity with property management software a plus
- Conflict management skills
- Organizational skills
Note: Additional duties may be assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
