Purpose: 

As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing the quality of products and processes, identifying defects, and suggesting improvements. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to quality will support our objectives of maintaining excellence and compliance with regulatory standards.

Essential Functions:

· Conducting thorough inspections of smart pallet components and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

· Performing functional testing and quality checks at various stages of production to identify defects, deviations, or potential issues.

· Documenting inspection results, test data, and any deviations from quality standards in detailed reports.

· Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Engineering, and Product Development, to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.

· Participating in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reliability, and performance.

· Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control procedures, protocols, and best practices.

· Contributing to the maintenance of a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with company policies and regulations.

· Supporting internal and external audits, certifications, and regulatory compliance efforts as required.

Requirements

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or technical certification in a relevant field preferred.

· Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.

· Familiarity with quality management systems, tools, and methodologies such as ISO standards, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to meticulously inspect and analyze product components and specifications.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

· Proficiency in using quality measurement and testing equipment, as well as computer software for data analysis and reporting.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

· Willingness to adapt to changing priorities, learn new technologies, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
