PALFINGER is searching for Press Brake Operators to join the Palfinger team! We are located in Council Bluffs, IA and this position reports to the Production Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Operating press brake machine: Individuals will stand while operating the machines utilizing a foot pedal to activate the press.
- Lifting, pulling, carrying, and positioning sheet metal anywhere from 10 to 100 pounds.
- Handling various separate blanks and parts.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1-2 years of press brake operation experience, preferred.
- CNC operation a plus.
- Excellent attendance required.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral or diagram form.
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Act professionally in all situations
- Ability to work a full shift in a hot and/or cold industrial manufacturing environment.
- Responsibilities may be repetitive in nature.

Salary Range: - $23.31 to $25.83
